First of all, I want to talk about what success really means. It’s the achievement of a goal or purpose. But here’s the thing — if those goals were easy to reach, they wouldn’t be worth aiming for in the first place. We shouldn’t expect to succeed on the first try. Instead, we need to try and see how close we get, and then adjust our aim with each attempt. Without failure, we can never hit the mark. And those attempts? They’re not failures — they’re just part of the process. Without experiencing setbacks, we wouldn’t be able to grow or improve.
Success isn’t just about reaching the goal, but about learning and improving along the way. Every time we fail, we learn something new that brings us closer to our aim. Many of the world’s most successful people experienced countless failures before finally achieving their goals. Failure is not the opposite of success — it’s a stepping stone (디딤돌)to it.
Ultimately, failure isn’t something to be afraid of, but something to embrace(포옹하다, 받아들이다). It’s what makes the success at the end even more rewarding.
** My version
First of all, I want to talk about the meaning of success. It is an accomplishment of one’s aim or purpose. The thing is, if they were easy to get, it wouldn’t be our aim. We shouldn’t expect to get at once. We need to give it a try to figure out what’s the level of our goal, and aim for the center with several trials. Withouth that failure, we could never get the score. and the trial is not a failure, it is just one of process. We can’t grow without failure. ㅜㅎㅜㅋㅅㅋ
