10/1 Cooking at home vs. Eating out

Since I binge-watched “Culinary Class Wars”, I was really eager to not only cook by myself but also eat out at a fancy resturant where is ownered by the cast chef.
I used to enjoy cook at home. But since I’ve been living alone, It’s really hard to take care of the ingredients also adjust the amount of the food. When I made a dish, a plenty of leftover should’ve been thrown away. After that, I just quit to cook at home and just go out to eat.
Eating out is much more convinient than cook at home. All you need is just money. It doesn’t demand your time and effort. You can just enjoy the dish. But for me, as a picky eater, sometimes eat-out food couldn’t satisfy me. I couldn’t combine the things what I want more. Whenever it happens, I really want to cook at home. Cause it’s quite funny process too.
At the end of the day, Unfortunately I always go out for my meal for now, but I would cook for myself if I could afford it.

But for me, as a picky eater, sometimes eating out doesn’t satisfy me. I can’t customize the meal exactly the way I want. Whenever that happens, I really feel like cooking at home again, because the process itself is quite enjoyable too.

At the end of the day, unfortunately, I still mostly go out for my meals, but I would cook for myself if I had the time and resources.
