Last month, I traveled to Mongolia. I went with a college friend, and while there, we ended up joining four new people as companions. We had a tour guide and a driver for our Starex van. At first, spending so much time in the car felt unbearable, but we gradually adapted as the days went by.
We were there for seven days and six nights. Every night, we got to see the starry sky—it was magical. We could even see the Milky Way, with the big summer triangle clearly visible. I’ve never experienced anything like those starry nights before. The landscapes were breathtaking too, which made me especially happy as a nature lover.
What made this trip truly special was that my friend seemed to enjoy every moment. We had been in an awkward phase ever since I asked her out, but this trip helped us reconnect like we used to.
Another interesting part of the trip was the food. I got to try dishes I had never had in Korea, and surprisingly, I ended up loving them so much that I looked for them once I returned home.
Honestly, I can’t pinpoint one exact reason why this trip stands out so much—it’s more about all the little things that came together, the unexpected moments that felt almost like magic.
It is my latest travel, I went to Mongolia a month ago. I went there with one of my college friends, and I met 4 more new people in mongolia as a companion. We’d got a tour guide, and a driver of our Starex. Time spent in the car was too long to stand it at first, but we had been adapting it as time flies. We were there for 7days and 6 nights. We watched the starry night everyday. We could see the milky way, which includes a big triangle of summer night sky. It was really wonderful cause I’ve never seen those starry night ever. I also enjoyed the scenery of landscape as well. As a nature lover, I think I was the one who really satisfied with the view.
To be honest, for me, it was great because my friend loved the whole travel. We’ve been in awkward relationship since I asked her to date. Thanks to this trip, we overcome our relationship like before.
Also my preference of taste has changed a lot from this trip. I had to eat food that I hadn’t tried in Korea, but it was so nice that I had them after I came back to Korea.
I can’t tell the exact reason why I choose this trip the most memorable, but I think all the weird things happened during the travel. It feels like quite magic to me
