NEWS 02 Netflix stock nosedives

Netflix, the pioneer in streaming services,
has been facing challenges recently because it lost a huge number of subscribers in just a few months.
There are many reasons for the decline and the drop in their stock,
but the biggest factor is how people's lifestyles have changed
To address this, the company has been working on solutions like cracking down on password sharing and introducing ads.
A few years ago, the CEO even said on social media that Netflix would never have ads. but it looks like he might do an about-face on that.

이런 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 넷플릭스는 몇 가지 생각을 떠올렸는데, 비밀번호를 공유하는 것을 막는 것과 광고를 받아들이는 것입니다.
넷플릭스의 CEO는 몇 해 전에는 그의 SNS 계정에서 광고를 실지 않겠다고 했었습니다.
하지만 상황으로 봐서는 그 입장을 다시 번복할지도 모르겠습니다.

처음에는 진짜 배울게 많긴 했는데, 시간 좀 지나니까 손에 익더라

10년 전에 워킹홀리데이 갔다 와서 이렇게 영어를 써본게 처음이야.
I’ve never spoken E like this since my working holiday a decade ago.
다시 감을 잡으려고 노력 중인데, 익숙해지고 있어.

코로나 때문에 바뀐게 정말로 많죠.
Due to the pandemic, a lot of things have changed.
인터넷으로 대부분 결제하고, 더 많은 사람들이 자기시간을 가지게 되었어요.
Everything has to be done online now, and ironically, people have more time for themselves.
